Commercial Burglary

Police in Hudson, Tyngsboro and Pelham all appear to be investigating break-ins that are related tonight, but I’m basing this on radio broadcasts since all three departments are still working crime scenes and aren’t yet able to comment.

This all started about 10 p.m., when Tyngsboro put out a stop and hold for a black Infinity containing three men who broke into a liquor store in the TJ Maxx Plaza off Middlesex Road.

Tyngsboro radio broadcasts indicated Hudson had a similar break-in attempt about 30 minutes earlier at 9:35 p.m., at Roger’s State Line Variety. Hudson Police did confirm for me that there was an attempted break in at Roger’s, but could provide little other information immediately.

About 10:52 p.m., Pelham Police nearly caught suspects in a break in at the Getty gas station at 32 Bridge Street after a neighbor called in suspicious activity. According to radio broadcasts, Pelham pursued a vehicle but then lost it. That vehicle was described as a dark-colored or gray Infinity, with 2 or 3 occupants.

Radio broadcasts indicate police are investigating whether all three incidents are related. If you know anything, call Pelham, Tyngsboro, or Hudson Police.
